|This Bench Dynamometer System consists of a dynamometer frame incorporating the electric motor/Diesel/Gasoline engine, inertial wheel, a load dynamometer and associated sensors & data acquisition system. It is designed for performance testing of the electric motor regenerative braking performance. The inertial wheel is mounted on the shaft using taper lock device for easy dismantling and change/add another inertia wheel (purchased optionally) to match different motor power. It comes with our lates Controller DC-5M.||This low-cost Dynamometer is based on a synchronous generator which is modified to give high torque loads over a wide speed range, all the way down to 0 rpm. It is carefully suspended in bearing assemblies. Torque is measured by a precision load cell and shaft speed by a speed sensor. It comes with our lates Controller DC-5M.||This “Desk Top” Dynamometer is a complete eddy current dynamometer system designed for use in student teaching laboratories. ELECTRIC MOTOR DYNAMOMETER
Focus is pleased to announce the introduction of our new Electric Motor Dynamometers. This line of robust air cooled eddy current dynamometers is very convenient for testing a wide range of electric motors, both AC and DC from 5 to over 500kW. Testing is often performed at the end of production line (EOL) of after reworking at a rewinding house. Motors can be checked for hot spots, smooth running, vibrations, bearing slip, brush arcing, and efficiency. Additionally new bearings and brushed can be burned in prior to shipping to the customer site. The dynamometers come with current and voltage clamps form measuring the electrical power consumption, and report the measured torque and speed, thus allowing calculation of the motors efficiency. The dynamometer is the definitive tool for insuring your motor is being used in the most efficient manner possible. The sophisticated controller also includes a throttle output for controlling the motors current (on DC machines) and features ai "pump" load mode, A load schedule can be programmed allowing testing of the motor over an actual usage cycle.

The load on the motor can be precisely controlled while measuring the motors speed and torque, to determine the actual power output. With a current clamp meter and voltage probe the input power and the motor’s efficiency can be calculated. It comes with our latest controller DC-5M||This air cooled eddy current dynamometer is designed to directly couple to a wide variety of motors from 20 to 300kW. The load on the motor can be precisely controlled while measuring the motors speed and torque, to determine the actual power output.
