We are seeking an electrical engineer to help in the design and fabrication of various engine, dynamometer and mechanical power components. The engineer will be based in Parit Buntar, Malaysia and may be required to travel various destinations around South East Asia.

The work will mostly consist of looking up electrical components, specifying components, designing microcontroller and power electronic circuits, generation of Gerber files, as well as fabrication and testing of the circuitry.

The candidate must have the following capabilities:

• Ability to analyze data on computers (eg. Excell)
• Ability to read and write technical English
• Ability to communicate technical specifications and details effectively
• Ability to travel on his own to international destinations.
• Ability to operate basic shop equipment including power supplies, volt meters and digital oscilloscopes, hand tools, soldering iron.
• Understands power electronics, power FETs, IGBT’s, snubbers and etc.
• Ability to design and program microcontroller circuits for controls and communications
• Familiarity with computer – device communications such as USB, Serial and other communication protocols.
• Basic mechanical skills required for work on vehicles.

Ideally the candidate also has the following capabilities:

• Understands the fundamentals of Internal Combustion Engines
• Is familiar with operation of automotive sensors such as throttle position sensor and crank position sensor
• Has experience doing circuit analysis
• Has experience tuning, adjusting and repairing motorcycles and cars.

We are seeking an engineer to help in the tuning and testing of Electronic Fuel Injection systems including gasoline, LPG, CNG and Diesel fuels. The engineer will be based in Parit Buntar, Malaysia and required to travel to Manila as well as other destinations around the world.

The tuning and testing will consist of changing components, calibrations and fuel injection maps and test riding or running the vehicle on a dynamometer while analyzing smoothness, engine temperatures, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.

The candidate must have the following capabilities:

• Ability to ride clutch motorcycles
• Ability to analyze data on computers (eg. Excell)
• Ability to read and write technical English
• Ability to communicate technical specifications and details effectively
• Ability to travel on his own to international destinations.
• Ability to operate basic laboratory equipment including power supplies, volt meters and digital oscilloscopes.
• Familiarity with computer – device communications such as USB, Serial and other communication protocols.
• Basic mechanical skills required for tuning and adjusting engines and vehicles.

Ideally the candidate also has the following capabilities:

• Understands the fundamentals of Internal Combustion Engines

We are seeking a Technical Marketing person to help in the sales of various engine and chassis dynamometer and mechanical power components. The job will be based in Nibong Tebal Penang, Malaysia and may be required to travel various destinations around SouthEast Asia.

The work will mostly consist of performing testing of vehicles and engine test systems, troubleshootingelectrical and mechanical issues, installation of software and working with customers to resolve any problems, isolating the source of failure if any. This will entail both working with customers on line, and visiting customer sites. The successful candidate will receive extensive training in functioning of dynamometers, engines, vehicles and electrical and mechanical power systems.

The candidate must have the following capabilities:

• Ability to ride clutch motorcycles
• Ability to analyze data on computers (eg. Excell)
• Ability to read and write technical English, speak Malay and preferable Mandarin Chinese
• Ability to communicate technical specifications and details effectively
• Exceptional talent in trouble shooting electro-mechanical equipment
